We can look back on a successful but eventful year in which the international interest in ASL and BiSL has increased substantially, but we also had to take leave from Remko van der Pols, the founder of these frameworks, far too early.

On March 27th, the Working Group Metrics has organized a brainstorm session in The Netherlands with 5 tooling providers who are willing to make their service management tooling (more) aligned with the BiSL processes. 

At the Annual ASL BiSL Conference 'Focus on Demand' on December 13, 2012 the winner of the ASL BiSL Trophy 2012 has been announced: Philips Corporate Staff.

On 9 December early in the morning Remko van der Pols, founding father of ASL and BiSL and Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau, has passed away.
